ROB'S STORY

Rob leads the business development efforts and client relations for Paramount Property Tax Appeal, as well as provides technical guidance to the Business Property Tax Division. His time spent with the firm stretches back to February 2013.

As a graduate of California Lutheran University with a B.S. in Accounting, Rob was also an Academic All American in baseball. Following these accomplishments, he began his career by spending seven years as an Audit Manage with the Big Four accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Taking on a new challenge, Rob then joined and spent four years as the Corporate Controller for Silicon Power Corporation, an international manufacturing company, where he was responsible for all the accounting and financial reporting of the company’s worldwide operations.

After spending 11 years solely focused in the accounting and finance world, Robs changed directions by joining the Fortune 500 Company Spherion Corporation, a human capital consulting firm, where he spent seven years as the Vice President of the Professional Recruiting Division for the Western United States. After Spherion, Rob joined Coldwell Banker, where he personally originated more than $60 million in Commercial and Residential home loans.

With a personal passion for helping his clients lower their property taxes, Rob’s background in Accounting, Real Estate, and Business Development help him do so. His experience makes him uniquely qualified to understand all aspects of Property Tax Appeal, be it from a CFO’s perspective, or from a valuation issue. Rob is not only a jack of all trades, he is a master of them, too.
