Ken Merced

Ken is bi-lingual Spanish/English and can handle a diverse portfolio of positions because of his extensive knowledge and experience in various fields.

As Manager of the Accounts Receivable Department with over 35 years of experience in accounts receivable, factoring and legal collections, Ken oversees the business' accounting department that handles the company's generated income.

He works with accountants and other staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely fashion. Upon being hired he organized and implemented changes to the existing contracts, account receivables system, and collection policies to increase and maintain customer satisfaction and company cash flow.

Heading the legal department, he enforces the company contracts to the letter of the law and litigates when necessary. When it comes to a challenge, there is no better person to put to the task.
