Jon Fleming joined Paramount in March 2019 and now serves as Executive Vice President and Broker, bringing four decades of commercial real estate finance and investment management to the firm’s leadership team. As founder of Legacy Realty Capital, he spent more than 30 years managing troubled real estate loans and properties, navigating four economic recessions, and executing asset turnarounds for clients across the country. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a California Real Estate Broker’s License (#00886485).
At Paramount, Jon’s focus is business development with large commercial real estate owners, operators, and family offices. Since joining the firm, he has sourced over $10 billion in properties for tax appeal, with concentrated expertise in multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality assets. In 2020 alone, he sourced more than 125 hotel appeals across California. Among his most significant client outcomes: a religious and conference facility in San Diego whose appeal produced a refund exceeding $1.8 million.
His approach is grounded in the same principle that has defined his career: listening carefully, identifying the real problem, and staying the course until it is resolved.
