Position Overview
Paramount Property Tax Appeal specializes in reducing Real and Business property tax liabilities. Our staff, which includes former supervising county appraisers and senior brokers, has helped reduce the tax burden in over 10,000 transactions. Due to explosive growth we are expanding our Business Property Tax Appeal division (which is recession proof) and we are currently in the market for a Regional Director of Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with decision makers in the local market place, via phone and in person, which will lead to companies engaging our Business Tax Appeal services.
- All you have to do is sell and build relationships. All technical work is done by our technical staff. This is an individual contributor role at this time.
- The key decision makers you will be contacting are Chief Financial Officers, Controllers and Tax Managers in medium to large companies.
Experience and Qualification Requirements
- The key decision makers you will be contacting are Chief Financial Officers, Controllers and Tax Managers in medium to large companies.
- A background in selling to Financial Executives is imperative.
- A candidate with a book of established contacts in this arena would be a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have five plus years of sales experience selling to Financial Executives.
- A demonstrated background of success in the sales arena and outstanding communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
- The candidate will be developing new business so you must be a hunter.
- The candidate will be provided with lists of business that are in the target group of clients we want, but the candidate must be relentless is chasing down companies and decision makers.
- Heavy phone work is required and you must not be afraid to dial the phone and when you are tired dial some more.
This is a 1099 position that could be full or part time to start, depending upon the candidate, with the expectation it will move into full time status. The majority of compensation will be provided through a lucrative commission structure.
