How it works
Fill out the information in the form on this page. A Paramount team member will contact you to discuss your property.
Paramount will file your appeal before the May 15th, 2023 deadline.
You will be contacted by a team member for any additional information needed to support your appeal.
Your property will be appraised, and a value determined by a Paramount Valuations Specialist. We will then present our valuation and supporting evidence to the County to reduce your property tax assessment if warranted.
If we are unable to settle your appeal prior to Hearing Date, Paramount will present your appeal case to the County Valuation Protest Board.
After completing your appeal, we will send you a breakdown of the results and net savings. We will invoice for our services which is due within 30 days of the decision.
