A Paramount team member will contact you to discuss your property.

Paramount will file your Notice of Value (NOV) Protest by June 8, 2023 and your County Board of Equalization Protest by July 15, 2023.

You will be contacted by a team member for any additional information needed to support your appeal.

Your property will be appraised, and a value determined by a Paramount Valuations Specialist. We will then present our valuation and supporting evidence to the County to reduce your property tax assessment if warranted.

If we are unable to settle your appeal prior to the Hearing Date, Paramount will present your appeal case before the County Board of Equalization.

After completing your appeal, we will send you a breakdown of the results and net savings to you! We will invoice for our services which is due within 30 days of the decision.
